Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a hands-on infrastructure and reliability leader to own stability, architecture, automation, and incident response for our production platform. You will set standards, guide evolution, and mentor the engineering team in partnership with R&D, Security, and Product leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps/SRE or production ops, leadership preferred.
• Proven ownership of reliability in a large-scale production environment.
• Strong incident leadership and decision-making with incomplete information.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end service architecture and dependencies.
• Proficient Linux troubleshooting across CPU, memory, storage, networking.
• Experience with AWS or major cloud platforms and IAM/VPC/security.
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS and multi-region disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, roadmaps, and standards for production, staging, and test environments.
• Build secure, scalable, observable platforms across cloud, networking, compute, storage, and Kubernetes.
• Lead major incidents from triage to recovery and post-incident reviews.
• Design high-availability and disaster-recovery strategies across environments.
• Develop core platform capabilities in Linux, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, and security hardening.
• Set production-readiness, change-management standards, and release risk controls.
• Mentor DevOps/SRE engineers and promote reliable operational practices.
• Communicate risks and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
