The Edge Partnership Holdings Limited is seeking a Fund Accountant to support NAV calculations, investor reporting and fund administration across private equity, venture capital and real estate funds.

You will work with fund managers, investors and auditors, ensuring data integrity and timely financial statements under IFRS or US GAAP. HK-centric role with exposure to international clients and multiple fund structures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Services.
• Exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital or Real Estate funds.
• Progress towards or completion of ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
• Knowledge of NAV calculations, investor reporting, capital calls and distributions.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; experience with Investran is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review fund NAV calculations and other key performance metrics.
• Support administration of private capital fund structures including Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate funds.
• Coordinate investor servicing activities such as onboarding, capital calls, distributions and investor communications.
• Process bank payments and perform cash reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements under IFRS or US GAAP.
• Liaise with auditors and support annual audit processes.
• Prepare invoices, monitor fee collection and follow up on receivables.
• Maintain accurate fund records and data integrity.
• Collaborate with fund managers, investors, auditors and external stakeholders.
• Support ongoing operational and administrative requirements across the fund portfolio.
