LGT is expanding its Digital Advisory Platform, building a distributed team across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Zürich. We seek junior to senior Full Stack Engineers passionate about delivering value through fast release cycles and modern tech stacks.

Roles cover Python backend, React/Next.js frontend, and cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions. Join a small, highly effective team with strong collaboration across product, analysts, and end-users.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in full-stack development with Python for backend.
• Frontend development with React/Next.js, HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of microservices, cloud-native apps, and CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
• Knowledge of Azure cloud environments and AI-assisted development is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain resilient, scalable backend services in Python.
• Build responsive UIs with React/Next.js and ensure accessible, reusable components.
• Design and optimize REST APIs and database schemas for NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with product and analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best-practice governance.
