Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong is seeking a disciplined fixed income professional to monitor and optimize global strategies and daily portfolio operations. You will analyze macro trends, assess fund managers, and prepare data-driven reviews for senior stakeholders.

The role requires solid Excel skills and experience with Python/SQL/VBA, with emphasis on quantitative research, ESG integration, and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative discipline; CFA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in fixed income markets, portfolio management, or manager selection.
• Sound knowledge of global fixed income instruments, market dynamics, and derivatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong quantitative, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and managing global fixed income strategies and daily portfolio operations.
• Track global macroeconomic trends, market developments, and overall portfolio performance.
• Evaluate, select, and conduct ongoing due diligence on external fund managers.
• Prepare analytical dashboards, performance reviews, and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Leverage quantitative tools and programming to support manager research and data infrastructure.
• Support ESG integration and sustainability framework initiatives within the portfolio.
