Job summary

Sands China in Hong Kong is looking for a professional to join the Development Contracts Administration Team. The role involves supporting various contract administrative tasks to ensure the successful delivery of development projects.

Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous. This role may require business travel to Macau.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience with exposure from Cost Consultancy.
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong computer and software skills, including spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of design and construction contracts.
• Establish and maintain filing systems for contracts and documents.
• Provide support in tracking contractor reports and data submissions.
