Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee internal control reviews across its international operations. You will plan and lead audits, assess design and effectiveness of controls, and present findings to management.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, 8+ years of audit/control experience, Big 4 and multinational exposure, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 8+ years of financial/operational audit and internal control experience.
• Experience in international/commercial environments; Big 4 exposure.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead internal control and compliance reviews across global operations, including on-site assessments where required.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes, identifying gaps and recommending practical improvements.
• Present review findings to management and advise on remedial actions to strengthen controls and compliance.
• Provide internal consultancy support on operational risks, controls and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects to implement best practices aligned with Group standards.
