Job summary

CSC Holdings Limited is seeking a Head of Compliance in Hong Kong to lead the Risk & Compliance function and provide regulatory oversight across the business.

You will work with senior management, regulators and regional stakeholders to ensure adherence to local and enterprise policies, including AML/CFT and sanctions. The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and experience as a compliance officer or similar function holder.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a compliance, AML, financial crime or risk function in financial services or related regulated industries.
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HK regulatory requirements including AML/CFT obligations.
• Experience managing regulatory relationships, inspections and audits.
• Holding ACAMS, ICA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hong Kong compliance function and provide regulatory oversight for the business.
• Advise on compliance for new opportunities, onboarding, high-risk activities and ongoing operations.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme and remediation of issues.
• Track regulatory changes and reflect them in policies and controls.
• Communicate policy changes and regulatory developments to the business.
• Act as designated Compliance Officer/AMLCO/MLRO where required.
• Manage regulatory relationships with regulators, auditors and stakeholders.
• Produce management information and reports for governance and regional leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives from a compliance perspective.
• Deliver training on AML, sanctions and related matters.
• Ensure timely resolution of allocated regulatory obligations.
• Provide SME guidance to client-facing, operational and support teams.
• Lead and develop the Compliance team; set objectives and monitor performance.
