Job summary

Confidential Company in Hong Kong seeks a senior operations leader to drive excellence across Merchandising Support, Quality, Compliance, Logistics and Country Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Textile, Apparel or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years leadership experience in apparel sourcing, manufacturing, buying office, trading, or supply chain environments.
• Proven experience leading multi-country operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of apparel sourcing, merchandising, production, quality assurance, compliance, and logistics operations.
• Experience managing operational budgets and driving profitability improvements.

Responsibilities
