Job summary

Aon in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Head of Advisory Solutions for Global Benefits to guide multinational clients on designing sustainable benefit programs, managing costs and funding strategies. You will collaborate with insurers and client teams to deliver value and competitive differentiation through data-driven insights.

With 15+ years in consulting or health analytics, you will lead senior teams, drive innovative advisory solutions, and mentor APAC colleagues while shaping regional strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in consulting, broking, health insurance or healthcare analytics.
• Client management / experience presenting solutions to multiple senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience working with data and analytics solutions.
• Superb problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and entrepreneurship skills, highly motivated, self-driven, ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to multinational clients on employee benefits design, operations, financing and communications.
• Manage other experienced consultants in delivery of projects across benefits design, M&A, wellbeing, data & analytics, multinational pooling, captives and other areas.
• Act as the primary partner to Aon colleagues and subject matter experts to provide a unified, data-driven value proposition for most complex, multinational clients.
• Define and execute the advisory services roadmap for global benefits clients and broader regional needs.
• Foster innovation by continuously challenging efficacy of existing methodologies and tools and developing new solutions and data use cases.
• Support innovation through research, publications, ideation, new solutions development, strategic partnerships within the health solutions business, globally and regionally.
• Train and coach consultants in APAC countries to improve adoption of advisory solutions and support local broking and consulting services.
• Leverage available data to develop internal business intelligence tools that would help Aon achieve operational excellence and be thought leader in the market.
