Job summary

UBS in Hong Kong invites ambitious graduates to join its 2027 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program. You’ll work in Global Banking, build models for M&A, prepare industry analyses, and participate in live deal execution, gaining hands-on experience in a truly global bank.

We welcome applicants graduating in 2027 with language skills in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese, and a collaborative, hardworking mindset. The program lasts 24 months and combines training with real client work.

Qualifications

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to:

• evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• prepare industry analyses for pitches
• participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
• conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
• get involved in the execution of live deals

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Hong Kong. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• will graduate by June 2027, or who has less than two years of work experience
• Has knowledge of one of the following languages: Mandarin, Korean or Japanese.
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career.
