Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an accounting professional to support the AR function within a global luxury retail group. You will handle full AR activities, inter-company transactions, and monitor overdue payments while liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.

A degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years' accounting experience is required. Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential, and ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) or Excel

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of accounting experience.
Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable functions.
Handle inter-company transactions, including reconciliation and settlement across entities.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments via email.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end closing and AR reporting; support ad hoc projects and audits.
