Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an AR-focused finance professional to support a luxury retail client with hands-on AR responsibilities. The role involves inter-company reconciliation, dispute resolution, and month-end close activities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, a degree in accounting/finance, and bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years accounting experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Handle inter-company transactions, including reconciliation and settlement across entities.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments via email.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing and AR reporting.
• Support ad hoc finance projects and audits as required.
