Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement - Apparel to own cost structures and drive savings across fabric, trims, and finished goods. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will craft a competitive costing environment and push for transparent pricing with major suppliers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, AI-enabled RFP processes, and scaling procurement for a fast-growing, globally expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in procurement/supply chain in retail apparel.
• Proven track record running international RFP processes.
• Experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategy to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Deliver cost reductions while maintaining product quality and ESG goals.
• Partner with tech to embed procurement playbooks into vendor tools.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate and institutionalize repeatable cost savings frameworks.
• Explore AI-enabled procurement tools to automate scenario analyses.
