Job summary

Ignite Recruitment Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Accountant to manage daily Accounts Payable operations, collaborating with Head Office and overseas AP teams to ensure timely and accurate settlements.

The role requires up to 5 years of AP experience, a university degree in accounting/finance, and proficiency with Eyeshare and Oracle Financials, plus strong Excel skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory for cross-border cooperation.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• University degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle Financials and Eyeshare highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Payable operations and end-to-end AP processes.
• Process invoices in Eyeshare and ERP; prepare journal vouchers and maintain documentation.
• Monitor AP aging, on-hold items and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Handle vendor onboarding, reconciliations, and vendor refunds.
• Review and coordinate daily payment files, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
• Respond to payment queries from vendors, partners and internal teams.
• Assist in updating SOPs and generate management reports.
• Collaborate with Head Office and overseas AP teams for efficient operations.
