Lenovo Group Limited is seeking a Manager to develop global accounting policies, governance, and processes across a multinational footprint. The role partners with WW accounting, IT, internal audit, and business teams to ensure compliant, standardized practices while driving AI-enabled finance initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with process improvement and stakeholder management, leveraging technology to transform finance functions and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/HKICPA/AICPA) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global accounting policies and practices.
• Drive consistent application of policies across regions and units.
• Provide accounting consultation to global finance teams and stakeholders.
• Design and enhance the governance framework and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Lead AI initiatives for accounting controls and process execution.
• Partner with consultants and IT to design AI-enabled solutions.
• Document and communicate accounting policies and governance standards.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement and digitization efforts.
• Manage projects across multiple geographies and time zones.
