Job summary

Infosys in Hong Kong seeks a GIS Specialist to provide application and production support for GIS platforms and related enterprise systems. The role covers BAU GIS support, incident handling, system maintenance, and security remediation, with a focus on performance monitoring, disaster recovery, and process automation.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in GIS/IT/CS or related field and has 3–5 years of GIS support experience, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcFM, and Utility Network.

Role Description:

Location: Hong Kong

The GIS Specialist will provide application and production support for GIS platforms and related enterprise systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in GIS, IT, Computer Science or related field


• 3-5 years of GIS support experience


• ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcFM, Utility Network experience


• Cantonese and English communication skills
