Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a highly capable General Counsel to lead the legal and risk strategy for the fund. The role oversees cross-border regulatory matters across HK, SG and SEA, and guides fund formation, M&A, JV and strategic transactions.

The ideal candidate is Common Law qualified with 10+ years of BigLaw and in-house experience in asset management or related sectors, with fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Common Law Qualified with 10+ years of experience.
• BigLaw background and in-house experience in Asset Management, Hedge Fund, or Market Maker.
• Experience managing relationships with financial regulators (SFC, MAS, SEC, FCA).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English both written and spoken.

Its core leadership comes from prestigious technology firms and universities globally, and has helped its AUM to nearly double in the last 3 years.

Profile

Qualifications:
