Job summary

Times Trust Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented Funds Settlement Associate to handle client deposits and withdrawals and prepare settlement instructions.

You will reconcile transactions, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve settlement issues while ensuring confidentiality of client data. Fluency in English and Chinese and proficiency with MS Office are required; familiarity with SWIFT/RTGS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; at least 2 years working experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and maintaining records
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult tasks
• Good team player, supportive and flexible
• Familiar with payment systems (SWIFT, RTGS, etc.) is preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills and fluent in written/spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Handle client fund deposits and withdrawals.
• Prepare and review settlement instructions, reports and reconciliations to support the settlement process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on settlement and operation related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication.
• Maintain proper records for client assets, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Allocate and settle receipts and payments into the system in a timely and accurate manner, verifying transaction details and reconciling discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
