Job summary

AAA Global is seeking a sales professional to join our Hong Kong team, focusing on direct distribution and investor coverage. You will develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and other sophisticated investors while introducing investment strategies and supporting fundraising activities.

The role requires presenting investment ideas, conducting investor meetings, and coordinating with investment teams to communicate fund performance and processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience within asset management or related fields.
• Experience covering high-net-worth individuals or sophisticated investors.
• Direct sales experience within a fund or asset manager is highly preferred.
• Ability to conduct investment presentations and roadshows in English.

The role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and other sophisticated investors, introducing investment strategies and supporting fundraising activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and other institutional investors.
• Drive direct sales and fundraising activities across the Hong Kong market.
• Present and communicate investment strategies to prospective investors and clients.
• Conduct investor meetings, presentations and roadshows in English.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective investors from initial outreach through to investment.
• Work closely with the investment and client-facing teams to communicate fund strategies, performance and investment processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience within asset management, hedge funds, securities or investment banking.
• Experience covering high-net-worth individuals, family offices or sophisticated investors.
• Direct sales experience within a fund or asset manager is highly preferred.
• Experience selling quantitative investment strategies is a strong advantage; candidates with experience selling discretionary strategies will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct investment presentations and roadshows fluently in English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hong Kong.
