• Handle inquiries across in-store, phone, and online channels to provide high-touch luxury service.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock checks, and online order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Experience & Styling

• Personalized Styling & Consultation: Deliver 1-on-1 styling consultations, matching clients with pieces based on their style, preferences, and special occasions.

• Clientele & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships through proactive outreach and personalized client updates across messaging platforms (WeChat & WhatsApp).

• Omnichannel Engagement: Confidently handle client inquiries across in-store, phone, and digital channels, ensuring a seamless, high-touch luxury experience.

• After-Sales Excellence: Facilitate after-sales care, high-value sales transactions, exchanges, and custom requests with care and professionalism.

2. Boutique Operations & Merchandising

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable visual standards, ensuring cases, lighting, and displays align with brand guidelines.

• Stock & Quality Care: Oversee product presentation, including regular polishing, quality checks, inventory monitoring, and coordination of stock replenishment.

• Online Order Fulfillment: Process, pack, and prepare online orders for dispatch to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

• Part-Time Team Monitoring: Monitor and direct part-time team members during daily operations, ensuring they deliver consistent brand service standards, adhere to visual guidelines, and support smooth store execution.

• CRM & Daily Reporting: Keep accurate client logs and CRM records, and assist with daily sales tracking and performance reporting.

2. 店舖營運與陳列管理

• 產品與庫存管理： 負責珠寶日常保養及品質檢查（如清潔及磨光），並監控店舖庫存情況與協調補貨。

• 網購訂單發貨處理： 負責網上訂單的處理、包裝及出貨發貨安排，確保準時且準確地送達顧客手中。

• 兼職人員監督與指導： 負責監督及指導兼職店員的日常工作，確保團隊維持一致的品牌服務標準、店舖陳列指引及流暢的營運效率。

• 客戶資料與每日報告： 精確更新及維護客戶資料庫，協助每日銷售數據記錄與業績匯報。

職位要求

• 具備 1 年或以上零售或客戶服務經驗（具珠寶或奢華時裝經驗者優先）。

• 對時尚、珠寶設計及顧問式銷售抱有熱忱。

• 具備優秀的溝通技巧及以服務為本的工作態度。
