Job summary

Dojostack Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a backend-focused software engineer with a strong CS foundation to design and implement production-grade services. You will work on API design, database integrations, and scalable backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job description

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design and integration with databases or external services.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and its application in designing maintainable, modular systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with modern backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, or similar) and common frameworks is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS experience is an advantage), CI/CD practices, and containerization tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership of projects.
• Interest or experience in AI, data analytics, or the commercial real estate domain is a plus.
