Qualifications

• 1-5 years of full-stack development experience with a strong frontend foundation.
• Solid proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Electron (or similar desktop/web hybrid frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle - requirement analysis, solution design, development, delivery, and iteration - working directly with internal business users.
• Build and optimize the content editing experience: timeline, effects, real-time preview, and export pipeline.
• Develop audio/video processing features, including FFmpeg integration, frame-level rendering, and format transcoding.
• Architect and maintain the frontend engineering system: build tooling, CI/CD, code standards, and developer experience.
• Introduce lightweight backend capabilities (API services, task scheduling) as the product scope expands.
• Stay current with AIGC and creative-tool trends; proactively bring in new technologies and AI-assisted workflows that improve both the product and team efficiency.

We're building an AI-powered desktop creative studio that enables users to produce professional-grade video content with significantly higher efficiency - faster production cycles, consistent visual quality, and a seamless creative workflow. The product is built on Electron + React + TypeScript, with FFmpeg-driven video processing pipelines and plans to introduce lightweight backend services for AI workflows. We're looking for a versatile full-stack engineer to own the product end-to-end: from understanding user needs to shipping polished features. This is not a ticket-driven role - you'll have real ownership over what gets built and how.

• Own the full product lifecycle - requirement analysis, solution design, development, delivery, and iteration - working directly with internal business users.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of full-stack development experience with a strong frontend foundation.
• Solid proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Electron (or similar desktop/web hybrid frameworks).
• Familiarity with audio/video fundamentals - codecs, containers, frame rates - and hands-on experience with at least one video editing tool (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
• Independent product thinking: you can translate a vague business need into a clear technical plan without hand-holding.
• Strong self-learning ability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted coding tools in daily development.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin.
• Strong communication and learning abilities, with excellent comprehension

Nice to Have

• Experience building content creation platforms, CMS, or creative tooling.
