Job summary

JINSHI ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED is seeking an Assistant Accountant in Hong Kong to manage daily accounting operations and support timely financial reporting. You will handle AR/AP, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and assist with month-end closing while ensuring HKFRS compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and MYOB, and fluency in English and Chinese. A collaborative team, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Full-cycle accounting exposure preferred.
• Good understanding of HKFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and familiarity with MYOB or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full AR and AP processes including invoicing, payments, and statements.
• Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing and draft financial statements.
• Support tax filings, fixed asset maintenance, and GL upkeep.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors; maintain organized documentation.
