Job summary

lululemon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end DC and logistics projects across APAC, partnering with operations, IT, finance, and procurement to deliver on timelines and budgets.

You will manage multi-carrier operations, coordinate with carriers to optimize routes and service levels while ensuring tight integration with TMS and WMS systems, and monitor SLAs. Strong English skills and APAC logistics exposure are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
  • Strong understanding of APAC supply chain and carrier networks.
  • Experience with WMS and multicarrier delivery tech is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication in English; additional Asian languages a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC.
  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and align with regional/global objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining scope.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, finance, and procurement for project delivery.
  • Engage with carriers and logistics providers for seamless integration.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Oversee new DC and fulfilment capability implementations, ensuring system integration (TMS/WMS).
  • Work with carriers to optimize routes and service levels; monitor SLAs.
  • Proactively identify risks in multi-carrier ops and mitigate them.
  • Share updates with senior leadership highlighting KPIs and deviations.
  • Value add: leverage 3PL experience, improve outbound processes, and drive cost reductions.

a day in the life
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC
  • Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure alignment with regional and global logistics objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engage with external carriers and logistics providers to ensure seamless project integration and implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and carriers, providing regular updates on project status and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Oversee the implementation of new DC and fulfilment capabilities in our supply chain network, ensuring integration with existing systems (such as TMS and WMS).
  • Work closely with carriers to align on service expectations, optimize routes, and improve delivery performance.
  • Support performance post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with multi-carrier logistics operations, including delays, capacity issues, and regulatory compliance challenges.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and any potential risks or deviations from plan
  • Value add:
    • Experience with 3rd party logistics organizations and project management
    • Develop and enhance outbound logistics processes and carrier strategies through technology, automation, and data analytics.
    • Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance service quality for outbound supply chain.
    • Work with global and regional teams to ensure consistency in the multi-carrier program in EMEA, APAC and China; sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • At least 5-8 years of Project or Program management experience.
  • Experience with WMS (Manhattan), Multicarrier Parcel Engine technology solutions (like Nshift, Centiro) and their delivery and operational support are value add
  • Strong understanding of the APAC supply chain landscape, including regulatory requirements and carrier networks.
  • Proven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus).
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
  • Preferred familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery solutions.
  • Preferred experience with distribution and logistics program strategy (in APAC, China or EMEA)
