Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in full-stack roles, expertise in Python/Go backend, JavaScript/TypeScript with React frontend, and familiarity with AI concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in full-stack development.
• Strong backend with Python or Go and frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and framework related to agent development.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in building the next-generation SaaS Customer Service Agent with core architecture design.
• Engage in full-stack development and AI Agent construction, optimizing modules like decision-making and data processing.
• Integrate and call external APIs to connect internal and external data sources.
• Continuously optimize usability, stability, and performance for scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to gather requirements and drive rapid iteration.
