Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking mid-senior Front Office Developers to build and enhance high-performance trading systems in Hong Kong. The role focuses on designing scalable, low-latency backend applications and collaborating with traders and researchers to deliver business-critical solutions.

You will design, develop, and maintain systems with Rust and/or C++, optimize latency and resource usage, and participate in architecture discussions and code reviews to drive engineering best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related discipline.
• 4–8 years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, high-performance env.
• Strong programming in Rust and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience building low-latency or high-performance systems.
• Understanding of system design, architecture, concurrency, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Rust and/or C++.
• Build scalable, reliable, and low-latency systems that support front office trading activities.
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and component ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability and reliability.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
