Job summary

Jebsen Group is seeking a Senior IT Service Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance in a fast-paced investment environment. You will support traders, portfolio managers, and senior management with real-time technology solutions, from Bloomberg Terminal to analytics and collaboration tools.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication skills, and a focus on security and data protection, with occasional after-hours support for Europe users and critical business needs.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ IT support experience, with at least 3 years in financial services, funds, or trading.
• Hands-on experience supporting Bloomberg Terminal, Enfusion, and FactSet.
• Strong foundation in core IT infrastructure: Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 in a corporate domain environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary tech contact for trading and investment desks, handling incidents and service requests.
• Provide tech support for front-office tools and market data services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktop, applications, networking, and collaboration tools.
• Manage incidents and requests in the ITSM system and keep asset records up-to-date.
