Job summary

PFCC Group is seeking an AI Project Manager (Front Office) to join our client, a premier Global Investment Bank, and collaborate directly with front-office business units to optimize trader workflows using AI technologies.

You will partner with traders, quantitative specialists, risk officers and core application teams to translate front-office needs into actionable AI solutions, run PoCs, and drive production deployments with strong governance and risk awareness.

Qualifications

5–10 years IT PM or BA in front-office trading environments (Sell-Side/Buy-Side exposure required).
Experience with OMS/EMS and direct trader interaction.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and trading automation.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM.
Strong problem-solving and communication on high-pressure trading floor.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects for front-office Execution Services.
Define requirements, user stories, plans, and success metrics.
Partner with AI researchers, data science, dev, infra, Risk, Compliance, and vendors.
Run PoCs and pilots in live trading environments.
Measure post-launch adoption and iterate with traders.
