The role focuses on AI projects within Execution Services and requires strong front-office exposure and cross-functional delivery.

Experience in capital markets, project management, and a passion for AI are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, technology delivery, or change management.
• Interest in AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, ML, or analytics.
• Experience in investment banking, capital markets, brokerage, or execution services.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven initiatives across Execution Services.
• Partner with traders, sales traders, operations, and technology teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, project plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and vendor coordination.
• Drive AI proofs-of-concepts through to production deployment while ensuring appropriate governance and controls.
