ScentAir Technologies, LLC in Hong Kong seeks a commercially minded Product Specialist to own the fragrance retail product portfolio and lead lifecycle management from sourcing to inventory optimization.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, support APAC sales, manage demand forecasting, coordinate development activities, and maintain the Asia Pacific Product Guidebook while driving profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Higher Diploma or above in Merchandising, Procurement, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, sourcing/procurement, or product development.
• Experience in fragrance/beauty, lifestyle/home decoration, hotel amenities, or gifts & premiums is preferred.
• Proven customer-facing experience with buyers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end fragrance retail product development with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate sourcing, packaging design, sample development, and production control.
• Negotiate price and manage delivery schedules for fragrance products.
• Support APAC fragrance retail product inquiries and contribute to sales targets.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory; clear slow-moving items when needed.
• Maintain the Asia Pacific Fragrance Product Guidebook with up-to-date content.
• Liaise with U.S. HQ on compliance certifications and new fragrance codes.
• Prepare revenue and profitability reports for fragrance products.
• Coordinate fragrance development activities and manage the product portfolio.
