Job summary

Fidaro AI in Hong Kong seeks a Founding Product Manager to define the direction of a privacy-first AI platform. You will own growth outcomes, engage with users, and shape product decisions from data.

You will map market segments, establish feedback loops, and collaborate with engineering to ship privacy-conscious features. Measure metrics and push value for users.

Early joiners receive equity, autonomy, and flexible async work with periodic in-person sessions in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Experience owning growth or product outcomes for a consumer or prosumer tech product, ideally from an early stage.
• A track record of making decisions based on data: setting up metrics, running experiments, data analysis, and deriving actions from the results.
• Ability to work independently with light oversight. You set your own priorities and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for what Fidaro builds and how it grows.
• Map the market: segments that care about private AI and Fidaro's fit among competitors.
• Own acquisition: identify channels, reduce costs, and simplify sharing the product.
