The Flex is hiring a Founding Software Engineer in Hong Kong to architect and build the Base360.ai platform powering modern renting. You will work directly with the founder, influence product strategy, and own critical systems from day one.

You’ll build AI-powered workflows, booking systems, and automation across multiple countries, with ownership and impact on revenue, efficiency, and guest experience. This is a unique chance to shape engineering culture and the future of the company.

• Design, build, and launch software powering bookings, pricing, payments, operations, and guest experiences.
• Architect the long-term platform architecture and make key technical decisions.
• Create scalable automation across multiple countries and thousands of stays.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Integrate with partners and platforms including Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and more.
• Move fast and turn ideas into production-ready solutions with ownership.
