Job summary

Michael Page Hong Kong is seeking a part-time Banking Customer Service role suitable for Year 3 or Year 4 students. You will deliver quality service, handle counter transactions, and refer banking products to customers.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong communication and a customer‑oriented, proactive attitude. Mandarin is an advantage, and you must be able to work on Saturdays. Minimum commitment is 40 hours per month.

Qualifications

Year 3 or Year 4 university students are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Detail-minded, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
Ability to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service through efficient counter transactions.
Handle daily banking transactions accurately and professionally.
Understand customers' needs and make appropriate referrals for banking products and services.
Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
Assist customers with general enquiries and banking service requests.
