Job summary

The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) seeks an experienced transport professional to coordinate daily fleet operations, deploy repaired vehicles, and schedule resources. The role requires solid knowledge of fleet and safety management, with responsibilities spanning driver records, cost tracking, and cross-department coordination.

Candidates should have a tertiary education in transport or related engineering fields, 4–5 years in transport or automotive sectors, and a valid Class

Qualifications

• Degree in transport or engineering fields is required or preferred.
• Experience in transportation or automotive sectors is valued.
• Familiarity with fleet and safety management is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP and Power Platform helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport operations and deployment of repaired vehicles.
• Maintain driver records, utilization reports and vehicle movement tracking.
• Manage cross-department vehicle allocation and cost tracking.
• Provide technical support for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensure fleet compliance with Hong Kong road regulations.
• Assist planning and implementation of new initiatives and process improvements.
• Arrange tender documents and procurement orders for fleet services.
• Provide administrative support in documentation and filings.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
