Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a fast-growing fintech AI SaaS company in Hong Kong to hire a Product Manager. You will shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and align product delivery with business goals across international markets.

You will run market research, translate user needs into detailed specs, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to launch impactful features. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; prior fintech/B2B experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Financial Technology, AI products, or SaaS environments.
Proven experience managing a product through the full product lifecycle.
Experience with B2B, B2C, platform-based, or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of financial products, investment workflows, research platforms, or related business models.
Proficiency with product and project management tools such as Figma, Axure, Jira, or Confluence.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies across international markets.
Define product vision, market positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Support pricing strategy, business model development, and product commercialization initiatives.
Translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Define product features, workflows, business logic, and success metrics.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and engaging SaaS experiences.
Prioritize product enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Partner with engineering, AI, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Lead product reviews and communicate requirements effectively throughout the development lifecycle.
Monitor product performance and define key success metrics post-launch.
Drive continuous optimization through data analysis and user feedback.
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on launch and growth initiatives.
Develop product training materials and sales enablement resources.
Engage directly with customers to gather insights and identify enhancement opportunities.
Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and commercial performance.
