Our client, a well-known bank, is seeking financial planning manager to join their team to look after their retail banking clients.As a Financial Planning Manager in the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with financial solutions and services. You will work closely with various departments within the bank to identify opportunities for growth and to ensure that the clients' needs are being met.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Growth: Meet sales targets for consumer banking financial products while proactively acquiring new clients and strengthening existing portfolio relationships.
• Relationship Management: Partner with Branch Relationship Managers to support portfolio management, resolve client issues, and expand the high-net-worth customer base.
• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with Branch and District Managers to design and execute business plans and marketing strategies tailored to wealth management clients.
• Client Advisory: Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offer customized financial advice, and deliver high-quality post-sales service.

Requirements

• Education & Licensing: University degree with passes in IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5.
• Experience: At least 2 years in banking or insurance with a strong track record in financial planning.
• Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and client-facing sales capabilities, along with a proven ability to build strong working relationships with branch teams.
• Adaptability & Tech: Flexible in a dynamic branch environment; proficient in MS Office.
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
