About the Role

As the Associate/Senior Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be assisting with the day-to-day FP&A duties of the company. You will be assisting in tracking budgets and analyzing historical performance. You will work closely with the Finance team to support the preparation and analysis of financial schedules and statements, month-end close processes, and our annual audit processes. What you’ll be doing

• Preparing accounting schedules to a high degree of accuracy and with reference to incoming and outcoming cash flows
• Preparing financial statements, including but not limited to P&L, monthly balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.
• Building short-term cash flow analysis and interpreting financial results, including variance analysis and with particular notice to budgets vs actuals
• Supporting month-end closing processes on Xero and annual auditing processes
• Assisting with audit processes, including liaising with statutory auditors and other external parties, and handling general tax matters
• Assisting with operational-level duties required by the reporting manager, including collaborating with cross-region sales teams to track and verify client payments, ensuring data accuracy in the sales admin portal, and preparing seller payouts, etc.
• Other ad‑hoc projects and analysis as necessary

What you’ll bring

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in auditing and financial reporting or other equivalent experience
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Xero is a must
• Qualified CPA or CPA candidate
