Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a seasoned finance professional to support a pricing transformation for a major Hong Kong hospital. You will partner with finance leadership to strengthen pricing governance, enhance costing methodologies, and implement a new pricing framework and system within a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, costing, pricing, governance, or transformation.
• Healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance leadership to develop and implement a pricing and costing framework for clinical services.
• Drive pricing estimation methodologies for surgical and medical procedures.
• Act as liaison between Finance, Clinical Operations, Nursing, Medical Services, IT, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with vendors on pricing and estimation system implementation.
• Review and streamline finance workflows, controls, and governance processes.
• Prepare business requirements, policies, documentation, and management reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiencies across finance functions.
• Provide project leadership and stakeholder management throughout the transformation journey.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, costing, pricing, financial governance, or finance transformation
• Prior experience within hospitals, healthcare providers, or healthcare-related organisations is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of costing methodologies, pricing structures, and financial controls
• Fluent in English and Chinese
