Job summary

ACCA Careers in Hong Kong seeks a senior Finance Transformation professional to document and optimise end-to-end finance processes, including GL, month-end close, intercompany, and cost allocation.

You will lead workshops with Finance, Tax, HR, Technology, and Procurement, identify inefficiencies, and propose future-state designs. The role requires 10+ years in Finance or Business Analysis, ideally within insurance, and strong governance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Finance, Accounting, Finance Transformation, or Business Analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience within an insurance company preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GL and financial close processes, intercompany accounting, cost allocations, and governance.
• Proven ability to document complex processes and recommend improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Experience across multiple functions and geographies in a project environment.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyse end-to-end finance processes (GL, month-end close, intercompany, cost allocations).
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Tax, HR, Technology, Procurement, and others.
• Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and future-state process designs.
• Produce process maps, BRs, gap analyses, SOPs, and Finance Standards.
• Support testing, implementation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate across functions to drive consensus and project delivery.
