Job summary

CITIC CLSA is seeking a seasoned Finance Systems Manager to lead the team responsible for improving finance platforms. The role requires delivering end-to-end system implementations, managing projects, and providing ongoing user support across finance and IT.

Strong SAP FICO knowledge and cloud experience are highly valued. Ideal candidates will have at least five years in analytics and production support, excellent Excel skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or BIS or related discipline.
• Solid SAP FICO knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in finance systems implementations in financial services.
• Experience with Cloud systems projects such as Oracle EPM Cloud; RPA is a plus.
• Strong project management experience in large, complex projects.
• Proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint; proactive and organized.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate existing finance systems efficiency and identify improvements.
• Project manage end-to-end system implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Provide project status updates to Finance management.
• Offer day-to-day support on user inquiries and finance system issues.
• Bridge between IT and Finance departments.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments.
