Job summary

Hong Kong Tourism Board in Hong Kong is seeking an organized Accounting Assistant to support month-end closing, procure-to-pay processing and financial reporting under supervision. Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in month-end closing and procure-to-pay.
• Strong PC skills, especially in Excel and NetSuite.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Mature, self-initiated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting duties across the procure-to-pay cycle with minimal supervision.
• Support month-end closing activities and reconcilations.
• Assist in periodic financial reports and budgeting data preparation.
• Support year-end audit by preparing schedules and docs.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure data integrity.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team and records maintenance.
• Contribute to process improvement and workflow enhancements.
