Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team. You will monitor project performance, prepare management and financial reporting, and support due diligence and group consolidation activities.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields, is a qualified HKICPA, and brings at least five years of multinational experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines.
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent qualification.
• 5 years of relevant experience in multi-national, listed, sizable organization.
• Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance and participate in project review and control
• Responsible for project feasibility analysis and judgment, organize due diligence and write reports to promote the company's decision-making process
• Prepare management/financial reporting and business analysis
• Participation in Group consolidation
• Handle budget planning, taxes & audit, general reporting
• Overview daily accounting operation, month end closing
• Perform any other duties, ad hoc tasks and reports as requested
