Job summary

AMG Wealth Management in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, seeks an AI-minded Finance Officer to join the Finance team, focusing on commission operations, data analysis and process improvement through AI and automation.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a Higher Diploma/Associate/Bachelor’s degree and good numerical sense. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools, plus English and Cantonese, are advantageous.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese.
Experience with Excel, AI tools, data analysis, finance, insurance or commission-related work would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

Calculate and verify commissions against insurer and partner records.
Prepare commission statements, reports and related analysis.
Handle adjustments, disputes, and follow-up items.
Liaise with insurers and internal departments on commission inquiries.
Use AI tools, Excel and internal systems for data checking and reporting.
Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes with AI/automation.
Participate in Finance digitalisation and process improvement projects.
Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

We are looking for a motivated, adaptable and AI-minded Finance Officer to join our Finance team, focusing on commission operations, data analysis and process improvement through AI and automation.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates from any discipline. Prior experience in accounting, finance, insurance or AI is not required. We are looking for someone who is curious about technology, willing to experiment with new tools and interested in applying AI to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle commission calculation, checking, reconciliation and verification against records from insurance companies and business partners.

Prepare commission statements, reports and related analysis.

Handle commission adjustments, discrepancies, outstanding items and follow-up matters.

Liaise with insurance companies and internal departments on commission-related enquiries and issues.

Use AI tools, Excel and internal systems for data checking, analysis and reporting.

Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and apply AI or automation to improve efficiency.

Participate in Finance digitalisation and process improvement projects, and handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
