Fluency in Putonghua and English is required, with Cantonese an advantage; a HK-based candidate with at least 5 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience with management reporting, budgeting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Mainland China financial, FX and tax environments.
• Fluent in Putonghua and English; Cantonese an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and business performance reports for the Family Office Services division.
• Prepare the division's annual business plan, budget and rolling forecast with revenue and cost analysis by service line.
• Perform pricing, fee structure and client profitability analysis; support expansion plans in Singapore and Dubai.
• Conduct financial feasibility analyses for client family office establishment projects in HK, Singapore and Dubai.
• Review and enhance internal controls, treasury management and client-fee processes in line with governance standards.
• Coordinate rectification measures after internal audits or regulatory inspections and liaise with auditors and service providers.
• Support Mainland Chinese family clients' cross-border arrangements and tax-reporting considerations.
