Job summary

Hong Kong Baptist University, via the School of Creative Arts’ Academy of Music, invites applications for the Finance Manager (Creative Hub). The role leads financial planning and monitoring for the hub and related education projects, ensuring resources align with budgets and funding requirements.

You will oversee procurement, contract administration, HR for funded projects, and implement systems to track milestones, KPIs and reporting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years' experience in project administration or budget management.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Putonghua) communication.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across teams; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and monitoring for the creative hub and education projects.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, reimbursement and payment processes.
• Oversee manpower planning and HR administration for funded projects.
• Establish systems to monitor milestones, KPIs and reporting schedules.
• Undertake other duties and special assignments as required.
