Binance in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Accountant to strengthen our Finance function. You will drive financial reporting, statutory reporting, tax, and consolidation while leading automation and data initiatives to scale controls and insights.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven finance tools, manage intercompany reconciliations, and liaise with auditors. A Bachelor's in accounting or finance and ACCA or equivalent, with 8+ years in accounting or finance

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
• 8+ years' relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consulting or finance transformation.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in finance transformation, automation or consulting is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation, data and emerging finance technologies.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP, BI, workflow automation or financial systems experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts and management reports.
• Perform and review revenue, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external advisors.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify and transform finance processes.
• Leverage AI, GenAI, automation, data analytics and technology to improve accounting efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Data, Engineering and business teams to implement technology-enabled finance solutions.
• Lead or support process improvement and finance transformation initiatives, challenging existing ways of working.
• Translate complex accounting requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

We are looking for a high-performing Accountant with strong technical accounting fundamentals and a finance transformation mindset. Beyond core accounting and reporting, you will help transform Finance through AI, automation, data and technology, improving efficiency, controls, scalability and decision-making.

Experience in consulting, finance transformation or technology-enabled finance, particularly within FinTech or digital assets, is highly valued.
