Job summary

Golden Pine Asset Management Limited is seeking a finance professional to oversee daily accounting, prepare financial statements, manage cash flow, and supervise the overall finance function for the Hong Kong office.

The role requires experience with HK tax and regulatory matters (FRR / SFC), cross-border tax reporting, and coordinating with external auditors and fund administrators to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with hands-on experience in Hong Kong tax and regulatory matters (FRR / SFC).
• Experience with licensed corporations (Type 9 asset management) financial and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with strong independent working and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Manage cash flow and funds transfers; supervise overall finance function for the HK office.
• Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with FRR and SFC requirements.

Job description

Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting, financial statement preparation, cash flow management, and funds transfers, along with the overall finance function of the Hong Kong company;

Tax Compliance: Handle relevant tax filings; familiar with cross-border tax reporting requirements such as FATCA / CRS;

Regulatory Reporting: Responsible for SFC FRR (Financial Resources Rules) reporting;

Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors and fund administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting / Finance, with hands-on experience in Hong Kong tax and regulatory matters (FRR / SFC);
• Experience with licensed corporations (particularly Type 9 asset management) financial and compliance requirements is a plus;
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented, with strong independent working and communication skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
