Job summary

Hong Kong Red Cross is seeking a Finance Executive (Accounts Clerk) to handle full sets of accounts for service units, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations. You will work with the Assistant Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial data and support audits.

Applicants should have HKCEE/HKDSE with English and Chinese, LCCI Level 2 in Accounting, and at least 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for service units.
• Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, GL, reconciliations.
• Process fee payments and operating expenses payments.
• Assist inter-company transactions and staff reimbursements.
• Assist in donations handling and receipts.
• Assist treasury functions on interest yield and liquidity.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial data and reports.
• Assist annual statutory audit and event audit.
• Provide ad-hoc support to Assistant Finance Manager / Accounting Supervisor.
