Bupa Hong Kong is seeking a senior financial leader to partner with the Hong Kong leadership team. You will drive resource allocation, develop growth-focused business cases, and deliver strong financial performance aligned with AOP targets and strategic direction.

You will coordinate budgets, implement policies, mentor teams, and provide insights to improve decision-making across HK and APAC. This role demands senior leadership, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver complex capital

Responsabilidades

• Drive and influence Hong Kong leadership to allocate resources and meet AOP targets.
• Develop financially sound business cases to drive growth.
• Provide analysis and insights to improve decision quality.
• Coordinate annual budgets/forecasts for Hong Kong.
• Ensure implementation of Bupa financial policies in Health Insurance units.
• Participate in HK strategy development for strong commercial outcomes.
• Oversee capital expenditure decisions and projects on time and budget.
• Mentor and coach team managers and peers across HK and APAC finance/Commercial teams.
• Report progress to the APAC CFO and implement contingency plans.
• Support all Bupa development programmes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• As a trusted Business Partner, drive and influence the Hong Kong leadership team to ensure optimal resource allocation and delivery of business financial performance aligned with AOP targets and strategic direction
• Develop financially sound business cases to drive growth of the business
• Proactively drive analysis and insights to improve the quality and effectiveness of business decision making.
• Coordination of annual budgets/forecasts for the Hong Kong businesses
• Ensure Bupa financial policies are implemented effectively within the Health Insurance businesses
• Participate in Hong Kong businesses strategy development, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
• Responsible for Hong Kong capital expenditure decisions and delivery of key capital projects on time and on budget
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team managers and peers in order to develop the capability of our people across both the Hong Kong business and the APAC Finance and Commercial teams.
• Regular reporting to the APAC CFO on progress against objectives in order to promote transparency and to ensure contingency plans are put in place.
• Support all Bupa wide development programmes and initiatives

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• Demonstrated ability as a Senior leader (10 years plus) within Finance and the broader business.
• Strong financial analytical capability
• Demonstrated outstanding commercial acumen
• A strong influencer, with the ability to gain alignment and commitment through persuasive action within both Hong Kong and the broader Finance and Commercial team.
• Ability to drive cost efficiencies within the business.
• Demonstrated ability to act in a leadership role at senior management level
• As a senior leader, be capable of providing clear direction to the team, set high standards, motivate and empower the team to deliver in a results orientated environment
• Sound business acumen with a good understanding of how the business operates and is knowledgeable in current and future trends. Critical contributor who is results orientated and driven to deliver the best results for the business.

• Degree Qualified Accountant
• Professional affiliation - CA or CPA
• Post graduate business degree such as MBA desirable
