Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an Associate Finance to support the regulatory reporting team within a growing bank’s Finance department. The role reports to the Manager and focuses on financial reporting and control processes to support management decisions.

Key duties include preparing HKMA banking returns and annual/interim disclosures, compiling monthly management information, and contributing to finance projects. A 2+ year background in banks or financial institutions is preferred.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• At least 2+ years of working experience in Banks/ Big 4/ Financial Institution.
• Self-motivated and can be a good team player.
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HKMA banking returns, Head Office reports and annual / interim financial disclosure.
• Ensure proper control checking and review procedures are in place.
• Compile monthly management information pack and provide financial performance commentary to support management's decision.
• Participated in finance projects.
